Most roof leaks don't show up all at once. They start small - a soft spot here, some water staining there - and by the time you notice something inside your home, the damage up top has usually been building for a while. That's exactly why catching problems early makes such a big difference.

What we're looking at here is a roof mid-inspection, with shingles pulled back to expose what's underneath. And this is where things get real. Once you see deteriorated decking, moisture staining, and compromised underlayment up close, it's clear why a surface-level glance just doesn't cut it. A proper inspection means getting hands-on and digging into the areas most likely to cause problems.

This is the kind of thing we find when homeowners finally call after a leak shows up inside. The roof looked fine from the ground. Maybe a few shingles looked a little rough, but nothing alarming. Up close though, the story is completely different. Hidden moisture damage, weakened wood, gaps in coverage - all of it quietly doing damage every time it rains.

Getting ahead of rainy season is the smartest move you can make as a homeowner. A thorough roof inspection lets us find the trouble spots before they turn into full-blown repairs - or worse, structural damage. And if we do find something that needs fixing, we handle the repairs too. No bouncing between contractors, no guesswork.

If your roof hasn't been looked at in a while, or if you've noticed anything that seems off, now is the time to get it checked out. Small issues are always cheaper to fix than big ones.
