"Great service, timely and a great price, unheard of with today's service contractors...but Big County delivered. Big Country provided a very simple per window price that turned out to be a great price to clean over 35+ windows, to include inside and out, screens, tracks, everything...on a 2 story house. I was a little concerned doing everything through email/txt, but when the team showed up as agreed, they were great. They conducted a quick window count, gave me a price I was very happy with and they went to town. The guys were very friendly and informative, telling me in advance what they wouldn't be able to get sparking clean (between pane fog marks, some water spots), so there were no surprises or disappointments. They even reduced the price at payment time because I told them not to worry about the interior of the garage windows. Really liked the work ethic and communication with this crew. Next up... Concrete cleaning....I'll be calling Big Country for sure!!!"

"Want a company that stands behind their word and products? Look no further! Big Country Services installed gutter guards on our home. We were impressed at how quickly and well the job was done. We were also told there was a no clog guaranty. Just shy of one month after install we had a big storm that dumped lots of hail which caused my Japanese Maple to shed all its spring debris at once, clogging my gutters at the top. I called Big Country Services and they had one of their guys come out and clear them off, no questions, no charge. I realize there is regular maintenance but this was less than a month so i was happy that they stood behind their guaranty . These guys were great. Nice, respectful, honest and hard working.
